Embroidery digitizing expert with 26 years of experience
MEET YOUR EMBROIDERY DIGITIZER,
Since 2000, industrial embroidery has been both my trade and my passion. I have sold embroidery machines and trained their users, managed production and quality in a 13-machine workshop, digitized designs for leading fashion brands, and founded my own workshop, BroDivers, with five Barudan machines and a laser cutter.
This end-to-end background — sales, technical work, design, production, quality and management — lets me understand an embroidery project from every angle.

EMBROIDERY DIGITIZING — FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Everything you need to know about custom embroidery digitizing: file formats, turnaround time, pricing and quality. A question not listed here? Contact me directly.
How do I request an embroidery digitizing service?
Simply send me your logo or artwork by email or WhatsApp with the final size and the fabric it will be embroidered on. I reply with a quote within 24 hours, and you receive your production-ready embroidery file shortly after approval.
What file formats do you accept for digitizing?
I can work from almost any image format: JPG, PNG, PDF, EPS, AI, TIF, BMP or CDR. A high-resolution image gives the best result, but I can also redraw and clean up low-quality artwork before digitizing.
What embroidery file formats do you deliver?
I deliver all major machine embroidery formats: DST (Tajima), EMB (Wilcom), PES (Brother, Bernina), EXP (Melco), JEF (Janome), HUS (Husqvarna/Viking), ZSK, SEW, XXX (Compucon) and more. Just tell me your embroidery machine model and I will provide the right format.
What is your turnaround time?
Standard logos (under 15 cm) are delivered within 24 hours on business days. Large back designs and complex artwork take 48 hours. Urgent express delivery is possible on request.
How much does embroidery digitizing cost?
Pricing depends on the size and complexity of the design, measured in stitch count. Small logos start at a flat rate, and I always send a free quote before starting — no surprises. Contact me with your artwork for an exact price within 24 hours.
How do you guarantee the quality of the embroidery file?
Every design is digitized with the final production in mind: fabric type, stitch direction, density and pull compensation are all adjusted for your specific use (caps, knitwear, denim, silk…). I test-run each design before delivery, so the file runs perfectly on your machine the first time.
Are revisions included?
Yes. Minor edits (size adjustment, color sequence, small text changes) are free and usually delivered within a few hours. Major changes to the original artwork are quoted separately.
Which embroidery machines are your files compatible with?
My files run on all industrial and home embroidery machines: Barudan, Tajima, ZSK, Brother, Janome, Melco, Husqvarna, Bernina, Pfaff, Feiya and more. With 26 years of hands-on machine experience, I know exactly how each brand handles a design.
